Shuyao Wang's final project proposal

I want to photography the benefits and beauty of things especially the landscapes in the morning. I intend to photograph it because I really enjoy the morning in a day, because of the fresh air, healthy lifestyle, most beautiful views in a day. But I find that many of my friends and even me sometimes prefer to stay up late and get up nearly at noon. Thus, we miss the whole morning and couldn’t have a choice to feel the benefits of morning. I think it is not good and bad for our healthy. And we couldn’t understand  important of morning more and more after we continuing following the wrong track. I hope to use this time to  photography morning and its beauty to convey the feeling of morning in a day give me and show the advantages of morning to remind myself the importance of morning. Leamy: Final Project Proposal Revisited

Final Proposal              For my final project, I intend on following a similar vein from my style project and photographing homes that have a sense of personality and uniqueness to them, specifically in State College, Philadelphia, Downingtown, and West Chester. I want to photograph this subject because I personally find homes very appealing and I think they have extreme potential to tell a story to a viewer that perhaps would have been unexplored otherwise. Furthermore, I want to address the discrepancies present among different towns and their houses (State College versus living spaces in Philadelphia versus another suburban areas of Downingtown and West Chester). I think that the photos could work well in conversation with one another in sharing more about a town and perhaps the people that may live in that area.              I intend on visiting...

Garrett Curfman revised proposal

Garrett Curfman Final project proposal Photo 202 For my final project I have decided to take photos of city atmospheres. This includes the backsides of building, and items that reflect a “backstage” view of the atmosphere. I chose to do this because I love cities. New York City is my favorite place. Myself alone in the maze of concrete buildings and seeing all the unique aspects of the city get me inspired to create. There is so much personality and stories to be told by the streets and buildings that I pass every day in downtown State college.  I have photographed buildings, streets, alleys, and different items found in the city environment that further reflect where the photos are taken.
